Intent Studio is an AI-powered Figma plugin operated by Creative Noyes LLC that generates design system infrastructure including variables, components, and page layouts. These terms govern your use of the Intent Studio website and plugin.
All design assets generated by Intent Studio (variables, components, frames, and layouts) are yours. They are native Figma elements that persist in your files regardless of your subscription status. We claim no ownership over content generated for you.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account or use the service in ways that violate Figma's terms of service.
Intent Studio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Free accounts include a limited number of design system generations. Paid plans are billed monthly. Founding Member pricing is locked in at the rate at the time of subscription. Prices for other plans may change with 30 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, all design assets already generated remain in your Figma files.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Noyes LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Intent Studio.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
